Our non-smoking guest rooms were opened in December 2006, following the conversion of a large function room. We are very pleased with the results and in July 2007 our rooms were awarded a four-star rating. In July 2009 they received a Silver Award from the East of England Tourist Board.

We are listed in the 'Beer, Bed and Breakfast' Guide, with disability access to one room. Each room offers the following as standard:

• Air conditioning
• En-suite
• Television with Sky, Freeview and a DVD player
• Tea and coffee making facilities
• Independent access (via the car park)
